Introduction

Digitally Fit Awards is an award that recognizes Companies and Businesses that have an online presence and are creating an impact online either through their social media or website.

Problem Statement

The goal was to effectively utilize various digital marketing channels to promote and market the event in a bid towards driving registrations for the 4th Edition held at Safari Park Hotel.

Event Website Development

To kick things off, we engaged our development team to design a dynamic website that served as the central hub for information about the #DigitallyFitAwards.

Social Media Marketing : Paid Ads, Trending and Influencer Marketing

To tap into into the masses, we crafted a social media marketing strategy that span over 3 months across the various platforms. This also encompassed content creation in multiple media formats and partnerships with influencers to amplify the reach of the campaign.

Messaging Solutions: Email and Mobile Marketing

Messaging played a pivotal role towards the success of this campaign. All the way from the nomination to voting and registartion of the attendees. Personalized emails, SMS and WhatsApp messages were sent out

General Outcome

The Digitally Fit Awards Gala Dinner was a testament of success of our event marketing capabilities. This can be largely attributed to the innovative and comprehensive digital marketing strategy implemented throughout the campaign from Nomination to Voting till registration.
